Meet Our Therapists
Bell, M.Ed., LMHC
is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor
who has worked in a variety of clinical settings including community
mental health agencies, emergency service programs, schools, residential
treatment facilities, and in home therapy programs. She
has completed her Master’s degree for Mental Health Counseling at Bridgewater
State College in 2006. Erin has a
relational and interactive style while offering education and support
the therapeutic process. She works
with children, adolescents, adults, and

incorporating family work and parenting strategies as an integral part of the
treatment process with children and adolescents. Erin conducts individual
therapy for clients related to ADHD, learning disabilities, trauma, self-harming
behaviors, grief, self-esteem issues, emotional and behavioral disorders, and/or
life struggles. Erin has extensive training in trauma-based
treatments including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral and insight-oriented

is a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with over ten years of experience
in the mental health field.
Megan received a Masters of Education in Mental Health Counseling, as
well as a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, at Bridgewater State
University in Bridgewater, Massachusetts.
Megan has experience as a therapist in private practice, as well
as spending numerous years in a high school as a school counselor.
Megan has presented her research on therapeutic relationships at
the Massachusetts School Counselors Association Conference, as well as a
guest lecturer at Bridgewater State University.
Megan believes in building therapeutic
relationships and instilling hope.

Drawing on her background in Cognitive-Behavior and Reality
Therapy, Megan “meets her client where they are at” with patience,
understanding and assistance getting the therapeutic help that they
need. Although Megan
worked with a variety of clients with various socio-emotional needs,

Beth Letterio, M.Ed, LMHC
is a licensed mental health counselor
(LMHC). She earned her degree in counseling psychology at Cambridge
College. Beth has been working in the mental health field for 10 years
mostly specializing in addiction. She has a passion for working with this
population as well as working with clients who are affected by addiction.
Beth also has experience working with individuals struggling with depression,
grief, anxiety, relationship issues and other significant life stressors.
She believes that clients are able to live up to their fullest potential and
uses various techniques in helping clients achieve their goals in regaining
control of their lives

Stacey Sarskiniotis, M.Ed, LMHC
is a licensed
mental health counselor (LMHC). who has worked in a variety of settings
including mental health agencies and public schools. She has a broad range
of professional experience including providing home & school-based therapeutic
services, individual, group, couples, and family counseling. She has held
parent support groups as a way for parents to meet other parents going through
the same struggles, as well as provide a structured setting where parents can
express themselves and find answers to issues they are struggling with at home.
Stacey earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Boston University and a
Dual-License Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and School Adjustment
Counseling from Bridgewater State University. Stacey has a relational
style that processes through biological and social situations that affect
clients' feelings and behaviors. Stacey believes most are a product of
their environment and it is important to work through biological situations in
order to make positive, productive changes. It is important for everyone
to feel a sense of hope for the future. Stacey enjoys working with
children, adolescents, adults and families.

Carrie Smith, MSW, LICSW
is a licensed independent Clinical Social
worker with over 10 years experience working with children, adolescents, and
families. Carrie received her Master's degree in Social Work at Rhode
Island College in Providence, Rhode Island. Carrie has worked in a variety
of clinical settings including residential treatment facilities, schools and
community mental health agencies. Carrie's approach to therapy is to
embrace a client's strengths by supporting a client to discover new directions
and solutions. Carrie also utilizes a blend of Cognitive Behavioral
Therepy, Client Centered Therapy and Psycho-education. Carrie's experience
includes providing therapy for clients dealing with ADHD, mood disorders,
learning disabilities, trauma, and emotional and behavioral issues. Carrie
wants to help clients explore ways to make changes in their lives that will
allow them to look forward to the future with hope.
